Store Policies

We run this online store the same way we run our eBay business; always attempting to receive 100% positive feedback from our clients so that they may return and continue to help us grow our business. Both new and used items are sold from this website but all items will be clearly marked if they are used, with item condition described to the best of our ability. Transactions from this online store fall into 3 basic categories; 1. Small items that are easily shippable via postal or UPS, 2. Larger items where shipping or rigging must be arranged. 3. Used items where client inspection is necessary or assumed. For number 1. we have provided payment options via Paypal or credit card, all items are prepaid including shipping costs, then shipped ASAP. For numbers 2 and 3, other payment options are available, including bank wire transfer, certified checks/money orders, or a combination of credit card (for deposit) and any other suitable payment method for the balance. We do not ship anything C.O.D.

We are based in London, Ontario, Canada, we will of course supply our phone number, mailing address and payment information to any prospective clients but do not post it online for the general public. This is so because we simply do not have time for enquiries about who cleans our carpets or whatever? As we sell items for many other people as well as from our own inventory, the item location will be clearly indicated in the product listing. All machine inspections, or other concerns such as who is paying the onloadng costs (if any), must always be determined prior to making your purchase. Please do not use the "Buy Now" or "Shopping Cart" buttons, effectively agreeing to purchase without condition, then attempt to add conditions to the deal afterwards. All conditions of purchase for new items of $1,000.00 value or less, are clearly indicated in the product listings and "Store Information" pages at the bottom of the left hand column (on Home Page).
